This is a pre-release edition of the terms. It applies to the current closed beta of Garazh Guru, matches the text you accept in the app, and will be updated after legal review before public launch.
By using Garazh Guru, you agree to these terms and to use the app only for lawful vehicle service coordination.
You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and for protecting access to your signed-in device.
Vehicle details you provide should be accurate enough for service providers to understand the request and prepare a response.
Garazh Guru helps coordinate with third-party service providers. Garazh Guru does not perform the physical inspection, repair, maintenance, or cleaning work.
Initial estimates, diagnostics, appointment windows, and availability may change after a provider reviews the vehicle. Final pricing is confirmed with the provider.
You must provide safe, lawful access to the vehicle and must not use the app for unsafe, fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful requests.
Garazh Guru is not an emergency or roadside-safety service. If a vehicle or location is unsafe, contact emergency or roadside assistance services directly.
Payment, refund, cancellation, and rescheduling terms may depend on the selected provider and are subject to confirmation before work proceeds.
Vehicle and profile photos you take or pick in the app are stored on your device only and are not uploaded to Garazh Guru, service providers, or admins. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we store the profile-picture link from your account with that sign-in provider. Receipt and service-document photos are also stored on your device; a copy is sent to our servers only when you request parsing, and it is not retained there after the response.
You may not misuse the app, interfere with service operation, submit false information, or attempt to access data that does not belong to you.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Garazh Guru is not liable for provider work quality, provider delays, indirect losses, or issues outside the control of Garazh Guru.
Garazh Guru may update these terms. Versioned acceptance may be added before public launch or when legal terms change.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes not resolved through negotiation are subject to the courts of Ukraine.
